Spring Rifles	Sales Policy We will not sell products to minors (18 years of age or under) nor ship products to locations where they are illegal. Please check you local laws and regulations. Warning for all parents: The products that we sell on our website are not toys! These are not products intended or designed for children. There is a real potential danger this product has towards children in the fact that these are not real weapons but appear quite like one. Any sort of "look a like" toy/BB gun in a crime carries the full circumstances as that of a real weapon. This product should be considered to be as dangerous as a real weapon. Airsoft is a game or sport for adults. Armory Airsoft sells airsoft guns, not real guns. All of the airsoft guns offered on our site are in regulation with the United States federal government. (Blaze orange tip on all airsoft guns.) It is NOT possible to modify airsoft guns into real firearms. We cannot prevent minors from viewing our site; however we do recommend parental/guardian supervision if a minor is viewing this site. We will not be held accountable for any type of claim or demand, including attorneys/court fees, by anyone due to the use of this site, or your use of the products or services provided by this site. Refusal of Sale Policy Armory Airsoft reserves the right to refuse the sale of any product or service to any person for any reason. If we feel a product or service may be utilized in an unlawful, illegal, or harmful manner, we can/will refuse the sale of that particular item or service. Shipping Policy Armory Airsoft ships UPS or USPS to anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States, or to certain areas of New York state. Please check your local laws and regulations to be sure what your are ordering is perfectly legal. Any orders that are placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will not be shipped out until the following business day. Additional shipping costs will be incurred if the shipping destination is located in Alaska or Hawaii. United States territories are outside of our shipping range. Transit times are strictly a matter to be handled with the carrier. Armory Airsoft will not be held responsible for delayed items or services. All damages incurred in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping service. Return Policy Armory Airsoft has a 20 day manufacturer defect only policy. In accordance with the policies of our wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, etc certain products will not be covered by our warranty policy. The following product brands will be covered by our policy: FirePower, KWA, HFC, Boyi, Cyma, Well, Double Eagle, DB's Custom, Hurricane Inc., SuperCell Development, Sim-Ex, Sim-Tac, Fi-Dragon, UTG, Tokyo Marui, Classic Army, Echo-1, STAR, A&K, and JG. All other brands/products will not be covered by our warranty policy. If a return is received and the cause of the defect is proven to be from buyer error or negligence, Armory Airsoft will cancel the return and send the product back, at the expense of the purchaser. Armory Airsoft issues all returns as store credit only. All returns and/or refunds will be subject to a trial period while our technical staff reviews the issue with the product in question. All returns must have first obtained a Return Verification Number (RVN). Any items received without a RVN number, will be returned.
